James Watson punished for saying truth about race differences
Nobel James Watson Top 20 most influential Americans of all times, top 100 Person of all times, was socially and scientifically destroyed for a well meaning comment about race differences.
Instant punishment followed James Watson's sacrilegious comment that he is "inherently gloomy about the prospect of Africa," since "all our social policies are based on the fact that their intelligence is the same as ours — whereas testing says not really." [Independent]
Being a top 20 American of all times and founder of modern Genetics does not give one the permission to make a statement about race differences in IQ.

James Watson's curriculum
In the Time Magazine List "Top 100 of All Time"(2012) one finds James Watson among Plato, Nietsche, Mozart, Henry Ford, George Washington, Muhammad, Jesus Christ, Galileo Galilei. He is in Times'' "20 most influential Americans of all times (2012)".
James Watson, had "found the secret of life”. Watson's Book "The Double Helix" is in der list of 100 best non-fiction books of all times. The discovery of the structure of Desoxyribonukleinic Acid (DNS) led to gene technology.
From 1956 to 1976, Watson was on the faculty of the Harvard University Biology Department, promoting research in molecular biology.[8] From 1968 he served as director of Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory (CSHL) on Long Island, New York, greatly expanding its level of funding and research. At CSHL, he shifted his research emphasis to the study of cancer, along with making it a world leading research center in molecular biology. In 1994, he started as president and served for 10 years. He was then appointed chancellor, serving until 2007[9] when he resigned his position after making racist and controversial comments claiming a link between intelligence and geographical ancestry.[10][11][12][13][14] Between 1988 and 1992, Watson was associated with the National Institutes of Health, helping to establish [and heading] the Human Genome Project.
Watson has written many science books, including the textbook Molecular Biology of the Gene[15] (1965) and his bestselling book The Double Helix[16] (1968). This book is about the DNA structure discovery, reissued in a new edition in 2012 - The Annotated and Illustrated Double Helix edited by Alex Gann and Jan Witkowski.[17]
James D. Watson, perhaps the most distinguished living American scientist, has now been kicked to the curb by the Cold Spring Harbor genetics laboratory he rescued and rebuilt over the last 40 years for making politically (but not scientifically) incorrect statements about African IQs.
