Black Crime

Black crime is wildly out of proportion.

US statistics show that Blacks commit 7-8 times more homicides than Whites. East Asians (Japanese, Korean, Chinese) commit even less crimes.

Media, governments actively hide and embellish black crime while exaggerating the very rare cases of White against Black violence.

Perhaps the most important publication of New Century Foundation is “The Color of Crime,” New Century Foundation’s report on differences in crime rates by race, bias in the justice system, and interracial crime. First published as a monograph in 1999 and updated and expanded in 2005, the 2016 edition of “The Color of Crime” is available in print from our store, or online as a standard webpage or a PDF download.

These statistics are embellished. Crime differences between races are much larger.

Reasons are:

  • Snitches get stitches, witness intimidation,
  • Bronx Juries (Black Jury tends not to convict a black defenent, even when clearly guilty),
  • Black people do not report crime (shot spotter)
  • Hispanics criminals are mixed up with whites, vastly increasing white crime rates.

Out of the 30 most murderous cities in the US, 19 have a true majority black population.  Blacks are far and away much more dangerous and violent than pretty much every other race. They practically need a category of their own when considering racial differences.

Three of the most murderous cities have a true majority of Hispanics. As you may know, “hispanic” isn’t a racial category and often isn’t very useful in determining the characteristic of a group if the hispanics have very different geographical origins. Most of the dangerous cities in which hispanic demographics are important are in California, which suggests a Mexican origin and ethnicity. The one possible exception to this is Hartford, CT.
There is only one city among the most murderous that has a true majority white population. This is myrtle beach. It is hard to say why this is, but I do note that the main reason this city exists is beach tourism. Touristy areas attract mafia types and also people tend to drink too much when on vacation. Lots of tourists also tend to attract a lot of parasites trying to take advantage of them as well. How much of this murder rate results from visitors killing each other rather than actual residents who live here?
The remaining most murderous cities do not have a true majority of any race. However, adding the two most numerous races would give you a very strong plurality in all cases. Of the most murderous cities in this category, 4 had a large plurality of blacks and hispanics. 2 had a plurality of blacks and whites, 1 had a plurality of white and hispanic. For one of the black/white pluralities (Milwaukee), there was a significant number of hispanics at 18% as well, however.
So, of the 30 most murderous cities, 25 had substantially large black populations. [Source: If you want to reduce the number of murders, banning minorities would accomplish a lot more than banning guns]

68% of U.S. murders occur in 5% of its counties

A new study reveals that nearly 70 percent of all the murders in the United States take place in 5 percent of the nation’s counties – and more than half of all homicides occur in just 2 percent of its counties.
According to statistics provided by the Crime Prevention Research Center (CPRC), more than half of the counties in America registered no murders at all in 2014.
“In 2014 – the most recent year that a county level breakdown is available – 54 percent of counties (with 11 percent of the population) have no murders,” CPRC reported. “Sixty-nine percent of counties have no more than one murder, and about 20 percent of the population. These counties account for only 4 percent of all murders in the country.”

Crime by US illegal immigrants

Proof: Illegals Murder Up To 10 Times More Than Legal U.S. Citizens

Illegals from Mexico are more dangerous than the average American citizen according to FBI and GAO statistics.

[...] Undocumented individuals are, in fact, more dangerous than the average citizen despite the implication being found “false” by various mainstream media outlets.

According to the Government Accountability Office, data released in March 2011 shows that the number of criminal aliens in federal prisons in 2009 was 296,000 and the majority were from Mexico.  In 2005, the criminal alien population in federal prisons was 27 percent of the total number of inmates, a rate that has remained consistently at 25 percent from 2006 through 2010.

“As of fiscal 2009, the total alien – non-U.S.-citizen – population was about 25.3 million, including about 10.8 million aliens without lawful immigration status.” Source

The following chart lists the specific crimes perpetrated by illegals which tops 3 million:

&&&&&&&&&&&& insert graphic &&&&&

“To determine the type of offenses for which criminal aliens were convicted, we analyzed data from the U.S. Sentencing Commission on federal convictions of criminal aliens from fiscal years 2003 through 2009 and conviction data from five states – Arizona, California, Florida, New York, and Texas – from fiscal years 2005 through 2008.” Source

You can conclude that illegals commit more crimes than regular citizens by simply analyzing specific offenses and juxtaposing them with the rest of the population.

For example, the GAO states that illegals committed 25,064 homicides in 2009 which means they would be on pace for 14.2 killings per 100,000 non-citizens over seven years with the number jumping to 58 over four years.

Meanwhile, the FBI reported that murder rates from 2003 to 2009 fell between 5.0 to 5.8 per 100,000 people – an average of 5.5.

5.5 is a much smaller number than 14.2 or 58.

The FBI also reported 67,642 murders in the U.S. from 2005 to 2008 with 115,717 from 2003 to 2009 – according to the GAO criminal aliens committed 22% to 37% of those murders despite illegals only representing 3.52% to 8.25% of the entire population.

Let’s assume that 90% of the crimes listed by the GAO (other than immigration itself) were committed by SCAAP persons in state and local institutions. That would mean illegal aliens committed 22,558 murders over four years. That is a rate of 5,639 per year, or over 15 per day. (For reference, Rep. Steve King reported a figure of 12 per day. A sheriffs’ association is reported to estimate it at 25 per day. I don’t know how reliable these values are, but they are not totally out of line with the GAO’s data.)

That would give a murder rate for illegal aliens of 52 per 100,000 (5,639 in a population of 10.8 million) – about 10 times that of U.S. citizens.  Source

It can be safely concluded that illegal and criminal aliens commit murder at rates of at least 3 to 10 times more than legal inhabitants of the U.S. and that might even be a low estimate.

Where Crime Stats Come From

Reprinted with permission

Some listeners to the Alan Colmes radio show on Friday want to know where I get my figures on interracial crime.
From the Department of Justice website, that`s where. For purposes of argumentation, the National Crime Victimization Survey (NCVS) is best, as it is compiled only from victim reports, whether or not the police and courts got involved.  Some of the crimes here weren`t even reported to the police.  Unfortunately the NCVS excludes homicide. Homicide victims aren`t very good at filling out DoJ questionnaires.
You might think the reliance on victims` memory, perceptions, etc. would make the NCVS data dubious, and it has indeed been criticized on those grounds.  (The survey is done twice a year, so a victim might be recalling something that happened six months ago.)
However, the relative numbers you get match up surprisingly well with incident reports and arrest data from law enforcement agencies, which are in a different database, the Uniform Crime Reports (UCR), gathered by a different methodology. I think criminologists believe the NCVS is reliable.  The UCR, by the way, has the homicide numbers, with additional data, e.g. on race, in the Supplementary Homicide Report.
Finding your way around the NCVS database is not easy. I find myself wondering whether it`s made deliberately not easy.  The “analysis tools” are largely useless.  With the help of some secondary googling, though, you can find what you want.
Here for example is a key page:  the statistical tables.  If you scroll down to “Victims and Offenders” and pull up the latest Acrobat file (2008 when I just did it), you get this
Table 42, “Percent distribution of single-offender victimizations, by type of crime, race of victim, and perceived race of offender” is worth a visit.
Looking at “Robbery” on that table, for instance (defined as “Completed or attempted theft, directly from a person, of property or cash by force or threat of force, with or without a weapon, and with or without injury”), we see that there were 198,330 white victims of robbery in this category for 2008.  In 10.5 percent of these white-victim cases, i.e. 20,825 incidents, the race of the offender was not known. In 35.6 percent of cases, which is 70,605 robberies, the offender was identified as black.
For the 85,220 black robbery victims, the not-known number was 19.1 percent (16,277 incidents).  In 8.2 percent of cases, which is 6,988 robberies, the offender was identified as white.
Thus, setting aside the not-knowns, black-on-white robbery occurred at a tad more than ten times the frequency of white-on-black (70,605 divided by 6,988 equals 10.1).  One-eighth of the population is robbing (single-offender) the other seven-eighths at ten times the converse.
Taking single-offender crimes of violence as a whole, of the 2,788,600 with a white victim, 15.4 percent, i.e. 429,444, record a black offender.  Of the 570,550 with a black victim, 15.9 percent, which is 90,717, record a white offender.
Taking single-offender interracial (black-white) crimes of violence as a whole, therefore, we have total 520,161, of which 83 percent were black-on-white.
That`s an easy-to-remember take-home.  Exact numbers vary year to year, but of single-offender interracial (black-white) crimes of violence, excluding homicide, 80 to 85 percent have a black perp.  That`s according to victims; the police didn`t necessarily show up.
So those black journalists I started out my infamous April 5 column with, taking their kids aside for “The Talk” to warn them about the evil whites lurking in the street shadows waiting to do violence on them, were missing a rather large point.  As indeed was Michelle Obama when she told 60 Minutes back in 2007 that: “As a black man, Barack can get shot going to the gas station.”[Where Crime Stats Come From]

blacks commit homicide at eight times the combined white/Hispanic rate, and, despite their constituting roughly 13 percent of the population, represent a majority of homicide and robbery arrests. [Read more at: nationalreview]

In 2014 in New York City, a black was 31 times more likely than a white to be arrested for murder, and a Hispanic was 12.4 times more likely. For the crime of “shooting”—defined as firing a bullet that hits someone—a black was 98.4 times more likely than a white to be arrested, and a Hispanic was 23.6 times more likely.
Amren: Color of Crime

 Non-Citizens Committed a Disproportionate Share of Federal Crimes, 2011-16  [Amren]

Many immigration advocates argue that immigrants have much lower crime rates than natives (see this op-ed and this paper). As my colleague Jessica Vaughan and I pointed in a paper some years ago, however, the picture is far from clear. While there are other issues, the biggest problem with studying immigrant crime is that states and localities do not systematically track the country of birth, citizenship, or legal status of those they arrest, convict, or incarcerate. But the federal government does track the citizenship of those it convicts. New data from the U.S. Sentencing Commission shows that of those convicted of federal crimes between 2011 and 2016, 44.2 percent were not U.S. citizens — 21.4 percent if immigration crimes are excluded. In comparison, non-citizens are 8.4 percent of the adult population. Of this 8.4 percent, about 4 percent are illegal immigrants and about 4 percent are legal immigrants.

The commission’s data does not distinguish legal status among non-citizens. It is almost certain that a majority of the non-citizens convicted of federal crimes are illegal immigrants. But we cannot say for sure because that information is not provided. What we can say, at least at the federal level, is that non-citizens are more likely to commit crimes than non-citizens.

A Very Important Caveat about These Numbers. Those convicted at the federal level are not necessarily representative of all criminal convictions in the United States. Most law enforcement occurs at the state and local level and it is not reasonable to simply extrapolate about immigrant criminality generally from the federal data. Nonetheless, federal law enforcement is still enormous, with 312,000 people (67,000 non-citizens) sentenced in the federal courts between 2011 and 2016, excluding immigration violations. And in the federal system, where we do have good data, non-citizens account for a disproportionate share of those who are sentenced for many different types of non-immigration crimes.

One Additional Caveat. Because it is easier to make an immigration case, federal prosecutors sometimes charge illegal immigrants only with immigration violations, even when they have committed serious non-immigration crimes. Once convicted, an immigrant will still normally serve some time and then be deported, which is often seen by prosecutors as good enough. This, of course, does not happen with citizens. But because of this, conviction data for non-immigration crimes will tend to understate the level of criminal activity among non-citizens.

Among the findings of the new data:

Areas where non-citizens account for a much larger share of convictions than their 8.4 percent share of the adult population include:

  • 42.4 percent of kidnapping convictions;
  • 31.5 percent of drug convictions;
  • 22.9 percent of money laundering convictions;
  • 13.4 percent of administration of justice offenses (e.g. witness tampering, obstruction, and contempt);
  • 17.8 percent of economic crimes (e.g. larceny, embezzlement, and fraud);
  • 13 percent of other convictions (e.g. bribery, civil rights, environmental, and prison offenses); and
  • 12.8 percent of auto thefts.

Areas where non-citizens account for a share of convictions roughly equal to their share of the adult population include:

  • 9.6 percent of assaults;
  • 8.9 percent of homicides; and
  • 7.5 percent of firearm crimes.

Areas where non-citizens account for a share of convictions lower than their share of the adult population include:

  • 4.1 percent of sex crimes;
  • 3.3 percent of robberies;
  • 4.5 percent of arsons; and
  • 0 percent of burglaries.

Data. These tables showing convictions were compiled by the Government Accountability Office at the request of the Senate Judicatory Committee based on data from the U.S. Sentencing Commission “Interactive Sourcebook of Federal Sentencing Statistics”. Convictions are in the federal courts for felonies and class A misdemeanors. Death penalty cases and petty offenses are not included. The non-citizen share of the overall adult population comes from the public-use data file of the 2011-2016 American Community Survey collected by the U.S. Census Bureau.
