Prison Rape Largely Solvable by Segregation

Prison rape seems pervasive in the US. To a large extent it seems motivated by racial hate against the minority of white prisoners. These prison rapes are often extremely violent gang rapes. Victims become sex slaves for years and can be rented and sold.

Racial and Ethnic Segregation prevent murder, Sex Slavery, Aids, and weaken Aryan Brotherhood

Segregation by racial and gang lines can prevent a large part of such rapes. Segregation can also avoid fights among cell mates, and larger scale riots

White prisoners, often non-violent traffic offenders, have only one choice to escape rape and sex slavery: join the murderous white supremacy Nazi gang like the Aryan Brotherhood.  Years of constant brutal rape and sex slavery destroy a man's psyche, can lead to suicide or murderous rage:

SCOTUS: Segregation Worse Than Interracial Homosexual Rape!

[…] This murderer`s nuisance suit has now been upheld by the Supreme Court. It returned the case to a lower court with instructions to impose > "strict scrutiny" on California`s policy of short-term racial segregation (i.e., outlaw it).

In her majority opinion, Justice Sandra Day O`Connor asserted:

"In the prison context, when the government`s power is at its apex, we think that searching judicial review of racial classifications is necessary to guard against invidious discrimination."

Yet no evidence of invidious discriminatory intent or effect was shown. California`s temporary segregation policy is not a relic of the Jim Crow past, but, like so many of that multicultural state`s innovations, a harbinger of America`s future. California began temporary segregation only a quarter of a century ago—not to harm any race but to protect prisoners from the growing interracial violence.

California`s penitentiaries are dominated by vicious ethnic gangs such as the Mexican Mafia of Southern California, La Nuestra Familia of Northern California, the Black Guerilla Family, the Aryan Brotherhood, and the Nazi Low Riders. (As their part-white / part-Chicano name implies, the Nazi Low Riders are the only diversity-sensitive gang. Because of California`s shortage of violent white criminals, they admit Latinos of at least half-white ancestry.) […]

Stevens memorably claimed: "[I]ntegrated cells encourage inmates to gain valuable cross-racial experiences…"

Exactly what are these "valuable cross-racial experiences"? The late Sam Francis explained one in a VDARE.com column called "Who Rapes in Prison?" which drew upon the report "No Escape: Male Rape in U.S. Prisons" by Human Rights Watch.

This liberal activist group pointed out:

"Past studies have documented the prevalence of black on white sexual aggression in prison.(213)These findings are further confirmed by Human Rights Watch`s own research. Overall, our correspondence and interviews with white, black, and Hispanic inmates convince us that white inmates are disproportionately targeted for abuse.(214) Although many whites reported being raped by white inmates, black on white abuse appears to be more common. To a much lesser extent, non-Hispanic whites also reported being victimized by Hispanic inmates."

Rape radicalizes white prisoners. It drives them to join racist gangs for self-defense and revenge. For example, John William King, one of the three white men who dragged James Byrd Jr. to death in the notorious Jasper, TX anti-black hate crime, was a burglar who had earlier served a two-year sentence.

As Joseph Sobran observed:

"While in prison, [King] joined a white supremacist group and covered his body with Nazi and Klan tattoos. One psychiatrist at his trial suggested that this may have been a way to deter attacks by black inmates. Time magazine quotes another witness as saying King became part of a group known as `peckerwoods,` described as `whites who would not yield money or sexual favors to blacks.`"

If this country was serious about getting rid of white racist criminal gangs, it would do what it takes to eliminate their principle cause: minority-on-white prison rape.

But too many powerful interest groups benefit from the mere existence of white criminal organizations and their occasional hate crimes against minorities.

For example, the Democratic Party and the NAACP milked the Jasper murder for all it was worth (and far more) during Al Gore`s Presidential campaign.

And Morris Dees` Southern Poverty Law Center has raked in millions by terrifying nice elderly liberals with horror stories about the Nazi Cossacks about to run amok again.

What could we do about these terrible problems?

  • First, we must make strong efforts to eliminate prison rape. It is the epitome of "cruel and unusual punishment."
  • Second, if we can`t get rid of prison rape completely, wrought to think seriously about at least getting rid of interracial prison rape—that major cause of white gangs—by segregating all prisons for violent offenders by ethnicity. Then, at least, white inmates wouldn`t have to choose between becoming a Nazi gang member and becoming a bitch.
  • Third, let`s stop making the prison population larger by importing so many immigrants with above-average likelihoods of winding up in prison—or of having sons who will end up there.

As the liberal National Center for Institutions and Alternatives reported in 2001, Hispanics are 3.7 times more likely to be in prison than whites.

Why are we needlessly making our prison problem worse bodying nothing to control immigration? [Source:SCOTUS: Segregation Worse Than Interracial Homosexual Rape!]

Hard Time [2]

Joanne Mariner, No Escape: Male Rape in U.S. Prisons, Human Rights Watch, 2001, $25.00, (softcover), 378 pp.

There are probably more men than women raped in the United States every year — most of them in prison. Best estimates put the annual number of prison rapes at about 140,000, which is 50,000 more than the 90,000 or so rapes of women reported to police. Gang rape of the most brutal kind is common, and weaker prisoners often seek protection from a “daddy” who fights off other predators in exchange for total submission and sex on demand. There is an ugly racial dimension to prison rape: Blacks and Mexicans deliberately seek out white victims, and black-on-white rape is probably more common than any other kind. Prison rape is an appalling secret in a country that prides itself on human rights. [...]

No Escape recognizes reluctantly that blacks and Hispanics often rape whites out of pure hatred, and relish the chance to degrade whites. As one inmate explains, “Gangs of black and Spanish inmates are very angry at free-world white people for a variety of reasons, and this results in an attitude of vengeance towards white people in prisons.” Blacks reportedly like to say “Y’all may run it out there, but this is our world!” or “Ain’t no fun when the rabbit’s got the gun, is it?”

One white explains that “those two races [blacks and Hispanics] have a lot of people in here and take advantage of us by making the small and weak ones ride or turn them out, and the big ones have to fight all the time.”

Human Rights Watch appears surprised to discover the obvious:

Certain prison systems seem to have almost no positive social interaction — not even the most trivial — between members of different races.

Prisoners’ social relationships are largely determined by race; their gang affiliation, if they have one, is racially defined; and whatever racist beliefs they may have held prior to their imprisonment are likely to be significantly strengthened over the course of their stay in prison.

Despite what the book tells us about what happens to so many whites, No Escape cannot resist conventional pieties:

Many white prisoners told Human Rights Watch that they were uncomfortable with blacks and would prefer to live in a racially segregated environment. A few espoused virulently racist views. More so than African American prisoners, many whites asserted that the prison experience had made them racist — or, as they tended to put it, ‘racially aware.’

It is hardly astonishing that white prisoners should be “uncomfortable” around blacks. Nor is it surprising that they want to get away from them, whereas blacks are less inclined to be separated from people they can rape, buy and sell, pimp out, and humiliate with impunity. It is true that prison doesn’t teach blacks and Hispanics to hate whites; they hate whites long before they get to prison. Needless to say, this book makes no attempt to understand this hatred, implying that it is normal for victims of a “racist” society. Nor is any black or Hispanic reported to express “virulently racist views,” not even when he tells a white victim, “suck this dick, you white bitch.”

The book is full of recommendations — some good — but the one about race relations is an almost perfect distillation of liberal foolishness:

Given the element of racial bias in many instances of prisoner-on-prisoner sexual abuse, steps should be taken to address racial tensions in the inmate population. DOC [Department of Corrections] staff should receive racial sensitivity training. Racial slurs and other forms of harassment — whether from inmates or staff — should not be tolerated.

As anyone not blinded by orthodoxy knows, the only thing that will “address racial tensions in the inmate population” is segregation. Blacks and Hispanics hate whites because they cannot build the societies and institutions whites can, and because everyone — including whites — tells them whites are to blame for their failures. They also hate whites because whites are weak and refuse to defend each other. “Sensitivity training” for prison guards would affect this as much as it would affect the law of gravity.

Even some of the inmates don’t understand what is happening. “I hate to say this,” [emphasis added] says one, “but if you weren’t racist when you came to prison more than likely you will be when you leave.” Despite what he has seen and suffered, this man still thinks he has to apologize for not wanting to be around blacks and Hispanics.

Why is prison rape so well hidden, and why haven’t prisoners brought huge damages suits against the prisons that permit it? First, the guards appear to be uniformly oblivious to rape. No Escape finds that “raped inmates frequently say that they are treated scornfully by guards who do not bother to hide the fact that they despise prisoners who are so ‘weak’ as to be victimized.” The report quotes one warden who testified at a trial that “it was the prisoners’ own responsibility to fight off sexual abuse — that prisoners had to let the others ‘understand that [they]’re not going to put up with that.’” [Source: Hard Time [2]]

Rape as a disciplinary tactic

Prison guards often ignore inmate rape, and even encourage it to punish prisoners who step out of line. [...]

Dillard was transferred to the cell of Wayne Robertson, better known as the “Booty Bandit.” For a time, his vocation was beating, torturing and sodomizing fellow inmates while prison guards looked the other way. This psychopathic serial rapist was the guards’ resident enforcer, one whose specialty was reining in abrasive young toughs.
Dillard protested the transfer, pointing out that Robertson was a known predator. “Since you like hitting women, we’ve got somebody for you,” came the reply. There, in a tiny box with the Booty Bandit, began the tragic re-education of Eddie Dillard.
Lessons commenced with verbal abuse and threats, soon progressing to a violent and bloody assault in which Robertson beat the smaller, younger Dillard into submission. For the next several days Robertson beat, raped, tortured and humiliated Dillard, tearing open his rectum in the process. Guards and other inmates listened to the echoes of the young man screaming, crying for help and begging for mercy. [...]
Victims of prison rape often turn their anger against innocents when they are set free. John William King — the young white supremacist who dragged African-American James Byrd to death in Jasper, Texas, in 1998 — is one such case. King was an ex-con; he’d served 21 months for burglary in the Beto Unit, the toughest joint in Texas. Shortly after arriving in prison, King — then 5-foot-7 and 140 pounds — was attacked by black prisoners and raped, according to his attorneys. He emerged from the dungeon transformed. [...]
In Massachusetts, following the Boston Globe exposi, corrections bureaucrats still felt free to deny reality — even as a freshly raped convict was in the hospital under going rectal surgery.
Such denials are perfectly rational: To admit that inmates rape each other is to invite lawsuits. In 1994, the Supreme Court ruled in Farmer vs. Brennan that penitentiary officials are responsible for protecting prisoners from sexual predation. The case was launched by Dee Farmer, a pre-op transgender person serving 20 years for credit-card fraud, who was housed in a tank full of violent male prisoners — where, to no one’s surprise, Farmer was promptly and viciously gang raped.

BECOMING A DEVIL  by Joseph Sobran

WASHINGTON -- John William King has been sentenced to death for the cruel murder of James Byrd Jr., a black man whom King and his friends dragged behind their truck until his body was torn to pieces. Most murders are cruel, but in this case the cruelty was the whole point.

Far from repenting, King, a white supremacist, still gloats over his act. After his death sentence was handed down, he addressed an obscenity to Byrd's family. Such vicious hatred is almost unfathomable.

The entire town of Jasper, Texas, is ashamed of the crime. King's family is mortified and apologetic. But like many diabolical acts, this one has summoned grace: It has united the town in the desire for justice for the victim and mercy toward King's family.

But a perverse moral has been drawn. Liberal pundits are citing this bizarre murder as evidence of persistent white racism in America. King is being turned into a symbol of general white guilt.

The truth is more specific. A clue to the real explanation lies in King's personal history.

King served a two-year prison sentence for burglary, which suggests a predisposition to violate other people's rights. While in prison, he joined a white supremacist group and covered his body with Nazi and Klan tattoos. One psychiatrist at his trial suggested that this may have been a way to deter attacks by black inmates. Time magazine quotes another witness as saying King became part of a group known as "peckerwoods," described as "whites who would not yield money or sexual favors to blacks."

Just a few details mentioned in passing. But they are worth dwelling on. White convicts complain, unavailingly, of a particularly ugly fact of life in prisons: racial attacks on whites by non-whites. Assault, robbery and homosexual rape are commonplace. The fact that there was a special slang term among inmates in King's prison for "whites who would not yield money or sexual favors to blacks" is grim evidence of this condition. Apparently there was no need for a term for blacks who wouldn't yield money or sexual favors to whites.

There could hardly be a better recipe for racial hatred. Young whites like King, a minority in prison, are thrown to the wolves, and they know they can expect no protection or sympathy from prison officials, liberal opinion or society in general when they are bullied and raped. The fear and humiliation they suffer is almost unimaginable, and it goes unreported.

In such snake pits, their only safety may lie in joining racial gangs. It should be no surprise when they emerge from prison not only hating blacks, but despising all conventional standards of morality.

This doesn't excuse them when they commit crimes like King's. No "root cause" can relieve them of responsibility for their acts. But it does explain their race-hatred as something other than the residual racial prejudice of the larger society. That hatred is the natural result of the specific experience they are subjected to.

Few men want to talk about having been raped. It has the same horror for them as for women, with the added disgrace of feeling one's manhood annihilated in a setting where one can least afford to lose it. To be raped in prison is to become a target for frequent rape. When the rapes also have a racial motive, the victim can be expected to respond by going to irrational extremes -- murder, suicide or generalized hatred against the whole race he feels violated by. In a twisted way, he may try to reclaim his lost dignity by adopting racial supremacism, posing as racial victor instead of racial victim.

So King may have come out of prison with a lot more race-hatred than he took in with him. James Byrd did nothing to deserve to be the one to pay for it. But neither do other whites deserve to be blamed for his fate.

If society in general can be blamed for anything, it's for making a prison sentence a sentence to hell, where becoming a devil may be a survival strategy -- for men of any race. [Source: BECOMING A DEVIL]
